Ren Picture 2

A hand-drawn energy scale shaped like a vertical thermometer, with red filling the top half (high energy) and blue the bottom half (low energy), representing a child's fluctuating energy states. Various sensory and regulatory strategies are drawn around the scale: a musical note with upward arrows and another with downward arrows to symbolise fast paced and slow paced music, a balloon for breathwork, a hand for finger breathin, and other icons like a person juming. Arrows show how energy can move up or down. Near the bottom is a 5-4-3-2-1 grounding technique, represented with small symbols of 5 senses. The drawing uses crayon in red, blue, and black and is intended as a visual self-regulation tool.
