A brightly coloured cartoon. The top half shows a shelf labelled 'Neurotypical Skills' on the left and 'Autistic Skills' on the right. In the 'Neurotypical Skills' part of the shelf are various jars and boxes labelled with things like 'social skills' and 'humour and sarcasm'. The 'Autistic Skills' side of the shelf is empty. An arrow points to the shelf saying 'It's not like this'. The bottom half of the pictures shows two shelves. An arrow points to them saying 'It's like this'. On a shelf labelled 'Neurotypical Skills' are the same items as in the top half. On the shelf labelled 'Autistic Skills' are more items, much more colourful and interesting looking, labelled things like 'social skills' and 'deep interests'. One of the items is a cute grey cat with a label round its neck saying 'Communication and Connection'. In the bottom right corner is the name of the artist, NeuroWild.
