The Polyphony is seeking three Editors to join our team: two General Editors and one Reviews Editor. The Editors will be responsible for pro-actively sourcing content for the site, liaising with contributors, and editing, uploading, promoting, and monitoring posts. They will have a genuine passion for the Medical Humanities and a postgraduate degree in a relevant subject. They must also be self-motivated with excellent writing and editing skills, and have the ability to build effective working relationships with remote contributors and colleagues.
Closing date: 23.59 GMT on 17 November 2025.
Although formally based in Durham at the Institute for Medical Humanities, this work can be done remotely. The exact working pattern is very flexible but regular engagement is essential, and the Editors will be expected to publish at least two posts per month.
